Promotion Period and Key Times
The promotion begins Thursday, October 22, 2026, at the time the official launch post is published and the in-store entry station opens. Facebook entries close Friday, December 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). In-person entries close Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. CST. In-person entries are accepted only during the Sponsor’s posted business hours or designated giveaway-entry hours, including the morning of December 5. The random drawing is scheduled for Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST during the Annual Holiday Open House. All times are local Central Time; Central Daylight Time applies before the seasonal time change.
Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Nebraska who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees and owners of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter — Facebook
During the Facebook entry period, leave a qualifying comment on a Facebook post published by Motoplex of Columbus that is expressly marked “OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY ENTRY POST” (or otherwise expressly identified by the Sponsor as a designated giveaway entry post). One qualifying Facebook entry per person per calendar day, regardless of how many comments or designated posts the person comments on that day. Comments on teaser posts, ordinary product/service posts, or posts not designated for entry do not qualify. A comment must be posted before the Facebook deadline and remain visible and verifiable. Facebook accounts must be authentic and comply with platform rules. No purchase, like, follow, tag, or share is required.
How to Enter — In Person
Visit Motoplex of Columbus during posted business hours or designated entry hours and complete and submit one free official giveaway entry form per person per calendar day. Entries must be received by 11:30 a.m. CST on December 5, 2026. No purchase or test ride is required. Entry forms must contain the requested contact information sufficient to identify and contact the entrant.
Daily Entry Limit and Verification
An eligible person may receive a maximum of two entries per calendar day: one qualifying Facebook comment entry and one qualifying in-person form entry. Multiple comments, multiple forms, alternate accounts, automated entries, or attempts to circumvent the limit do not create additional entries and may result in disqualification. Sponsor may verify eligibility and consolidate duplicate entries. All eligible entries received by the applicable method deadline will be pooled for the drawing. The Sponsor’s records govern in the event of a dispute, subject to applicable law.
Prize
One (1) new, unregistered 2027 Honda CRF50F youth off-road motorcycle. Approximate retail value: $2,349 inclusive of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP), freight, and dealer setup charges. No cash alternative or transfer is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion where lawful. Actual prize color, equipment, and availability may vary from promotional images; Sponsor will award the specified model or a lawful equivalent of equal or greater value if necessary.
Drawing and Winner Notification
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received through both entry methods on December 5, 2026, at approximately noon CST. The potential winner need not be present to win. Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the contact information supplied or reasonably associated with the winning entry. The potential winner must respond within 5 calendar days and complete any eligibility verification, tax forms, release, or prize acknowledgment required by law. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by both methods.
Taxes, Fees, and Prize Acceptance
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any title, registration, licensing, delivery, or other charges associated with accepting or using the prize, to the extent applicable. Sponsor may issue applicable tax reporting forms. Prize will be awarded to the eligible adult winner, not to a minor. Winner must arrange lawful acceptance and transportation of the motorcycle.
Motorcycle Safety and Use
The Honda CRF50F is an off-road youth motorcycle. It is not intended for public-street use. All riders must follow the manufacturer’s age, size, supervision, protective-gear, training, and operating guidance and all applicable laws. Sponsor does not represent that the motorcycle is appropriate for every rider.
General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, illegible, or noncompliant entries and may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially impair administration, subject to applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or technically unavailable submissions, except as required by law. Any disputes are governed by applicable Nebraska law.
Publicity and Privacy
Entry information will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, and contact the winner. Any additional marketing use requires an appropriate separate disclosure and consent where required.
